Delivery options
| Standard Delivery | Courier will deliver all stocked items within 4-5 working days. Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday between 9am and 6pm in normal circumstances. |
A standard fee of shipping and packaging, Rs. 200 is applicable on all orders unless specified otherwise. |
Split deliveries
Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait a further 2 working days before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.
Delivery exclusions
All of the deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorization for paid orders, and that you are available to accept the delivery.
Extended delivery
Selected items such as large, bulky or website exclusive items may take a little longer to deliver; if so, this will be indicated on the product information and order summary pages.
What happens if you are not home when your order is delivered?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, courier attempts the delivery again in 24 to 48 hours, you can also inform us so that we can rearrange delivery at a convenient time.
